Foxarix provides privacy scanning, exposure monitoring, and data removal support designed to reduce your visible personal information online, helping safeguard you against identity theft, cyber attacks, and online threats.

While Foxarix works to identify and reduce exposure, we cannot guarantee complete removal of personal information from all websites or databases. In most cases, however, we’re successful, achieving a 94% success rate*. *Based on cases from July 2025 to December 2025.

3. Use of Services

• You agree to provide accurate information when using Foxarix.
• You must not use the service for unlawful or harmful purposes.
• Foxarix performs removal actions on your behalf; however, you are responsible for any actions taken independently of our service.

4. Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions provide continuous privacy scanning, monitoring, and data removal support, with uninterrupted access for the duration of your active subscription.

5. Third-Party Sites

Foxarix takes action on your behalf by engaging with third-party websites and data brokers to remove your personal information. Removal success may vary based on their policies and how quickly they respond.

6. Limitation of Liability

Foxarix is not liable for any damages, losses, or outcomes resulting from the use of our services or the actions, policies, or performance of third-party platforms.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
